San Diego Water Law Attorney Keith Solar Nominated as Top Influential by Daily Transcript Readers

San Diego, CA, November 11, 2008 — San Diego shareholder Keith R. Solar was recently nominated as a Top Influential by readers of San Diego's, The Daily Transcript. Solar is a member of the Real Estate Section of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.

According to the publication, a Top Influential is "a person whose actions and opinions strongly influence your industry and our business community." The list of Top Influentials will highlight the Who's Who in San Diego business and profile the top newsmakers of 2008.

Solar will be included in a December 31, 2008, special edition of The Daily Transcript.

With respect to water rights and water-related issues, Keith has extensive experience negotiating and documenting the purchase, sale or lease of adjudicated groundwater rights, groundwater, privately owned water systems, shares in mutual water companies, and public/private partnerships for municipal water systems.
